Updating ONNX output format and adding Track Origin Classification

This should hopefully now be fully compatible with the new Athena changes to support auxiliary tasks. I've also added the track origin classification to the output as that was not previously included.

Update: Maybe let's hold merging this until we figure out the current derivation fiasco, pinging @nkakati - we probably need to do some more checks ;(
