Jet labels update

This config used for extended label training with just c-hadron splitting. The number of output size in jet classification is now 5. Since, we are not dealing with all categories split training and only training exclusively with b/D0meson/nonD0meson/light/tau-jets, all hyper-paramter are changed back to default used in GN2.yaml

The following config is dedicated to preprocessing with the extended label (D0meson/nonD0meson) see MR64 The addition for new flavour (D0meson and nonD0meson) are also integrated in the central FTAG tools here
