Add support for yaml anchors in `plotting_umami.py`
It would be nice to have support for yaml anchors in the config for plotting_umami.py
.
At the moment, an anchor is interpreted as the configuration for a plot, which raises errors if it is missing entries.
I'd suggest we just skip "plot_configs" that start with a dot, like we do in the plot_input_variables.py
script.
This way we could do something like this:
.plot_settings_template: &plot_settings_template
atlas_second_tag: "$t\bar{t}$ test sample"
atlas_first_tag: "Simulation Internal"
# Evaluation parameters
Eval_parameters:
<...stuff...>
b_discriminant:
type: "scores"
main_class: "bjets"
models_to_plot:
<...stuff...>
plot_settings:
<<: *plot_settings_template
figsize: [6, 5]
