Using config for train_umami.py

  1. The main goal of this MR is to make the train_umami.py use the values of the config file. I also added an example config file (Fixes #12 (closed)).

  2. Duplicate softMuon_momentumBalanceSignificance is removed (Fixes #9 (closed)).

  3. Ntrain variable is removed fixing the memory issue.

  4. Fixes #14 (closed).

What was the reason for the 41 here? It doesn't seem to do anything.
