Changes to hbb ntuple dumping code

Mostly xbb related changes. @miochoa can you take a look?

This is several changes that I made around the time that we finalized the 2020 Xbb pub note, plus some more recent additions to test the newest training Wei worked on (with pt and eta resmapling).

Also bumps the AnalysisBase version to 21.2.150.
