adding tmp new card for FTAG1; only needed since using older p-tag

@dguest, @maly This is a temporary card to run on FTAG1 derivations, which are currently available with an older p-tag (p4060). Wrt the FTAG5 card, the differences are:

  • Truth container is "TruthParticles" instead of "TruthBosonsWithDecayParticles"
  • The GhostVR30Rmax4Rmin02TrackJet_BTagging201903GhostTag collection is not available (and is therefore removed from the card)
  • The relativeDeltaRToVRJet variable is not available in the derivation. It could be re-calculated but for the purpose of this production, and since this is only a tmp card, I think we can live without it (otherwise please let me know!)
