Add ambiguity solver ordering variable

The order in which tracks are reconstructed is preserved in the final output collection. This ordering carries info about "how easy" it was for the ambiguity solver to finalise the reconstruction of a track (how many hits had to be removed etc). It helps a bit with discrimination of certain track types. Also adding latest r22 samples to the grid submission script for convenience.
