Updating mc23a and mc20Samples with r24.0.8 for dump

Updating/adding following samples for PFlow TDD dump:

  1. Updating mc23a and mc20 sample list with latest derivation p5770 corresponding to the AthDerivation release 24.0.8.
  2. Adding mc20 di-jet and V+jets samples
