updated grid-submit default config for kfold

Another micro-merge-request, the default config for the 'kfold' mode in the grid submit script is 'EMPFlowSlim' rather than 'EMPFlow_kfold'. Meaning running 'grid-submit kfold' doesn't dump any GN2v01 scores. This should fix that.
