Change default for JetMatcher block
Description
pt priority within a dR cone of 0.3 is probably not what we want for a defualt. this makes dR minimisation the default matching approach.
@wlai has been looking at matching pflow to ufo jets and things look a bit muddy..
it might also not be optimal for tau..
