Release bump: 25.2.14 and 25.0.8

Routine update of the backing releases. There were a few fixes required.

  • There's a new flag to set the print interval. Since this was interval is now explicitly set (via that flag) in MainServiceCfg, merging with our own loop manager that sets this flag will fail. Fix should have been easy: use the flag instead, except that...
  • The latest Athena build still doesn't have this flag. So until we build a new release (ATLINFR-5410) we'll have to add the flag in cases where it's not defined. Ugly but hopefully gone soon.
