Calo clusters dumps, round 2

Description

This is a second attempt at dumping more info out of calo clusters, building on top of !524 (merged) changes. It seems that AODs or DAOD_PHYSVAL have a lot of clusters information (sotred in CaloCalTopoCluster) for EMTopo jets. This MR just adds info we have in standard AODs (e.g. central produced MC), which simply requires to firstly reconstruct the jets.
