Cleanup dump-single-btag-flow

Description

I had a sudden wave of energy and thought "how hard can it be to cleanup the executables in the tdd?". I started, I adapted dump-single-btag-flows, and then realised that all of the other executables would be non trivial to port over. So, this MR includes just modifying the EMPFlow_all_flows and EMPFlow_all_flows_spot configs to include the CA blocks required to run them, as well as modifying associated executables for the test dumper, and removing the old dump-single-btag-flows script.
