Add btagging consolidator

This adds a class to copy b-tagging information from one jet collection to another. It's particularly useful for all the shallow copied jet collections that we have floating around, since sometimes it's nice to just have a few trainings on the same jet collection.

@miochoa, this is what I managed to accomplish today. It should stick the new training on jets as DL1Tr_p*.
