Add jet level decoration of track contents

Description

We know that the number of tracks that come from heavy flavour decays are super important for our models. In the past we've made plots looking at performance against the number of tracks of a specified origin in a jet. Now, I'm adding them to the tdd as jet level variables to make such diagnostic plots easier. I'm hoping this will help us improve our understanding of why the various new GN3 inputs help so much.

Minor preference to stick with camelCase variable names (I think I made it pretty consistent for the open dataset), but I guess this is consistent with the class you are editing so up to you.
