`FatJetInfoSwitch::m_hbbtag` now takes multiple tagger versions.

The new format of the config string is hbbtag:202006,2020v3, where 202006 and 2020v3 are example versions of the Hbb tagger configured upstream.

The branch names, Hbb_{version}_{class}, are created as before. This only makes the version configurable and add supports for saving multiple versions at a time.
