commonconfig.apply_common_config now accepts a new trkJetBTS argument to indicate the b-tagger timestamp. Default value is '201903'.
Update CDI file to latest recommendations (April 2021).
CDI jet author now takes form {jetcollection}_BTagging{trkJetBTS}.
