Extending whitelist to cover parameter cards and other common includes

Issue arose in !214 (merged)

This case had files like:

500004/MadGraphControl_*.py
500004/MadGraph*.dat
500004/mc.*.py

for Sherpa, in the cases where you were adding python files these were like this 500005/Sherpa_i/*.py

Should we allow both? And also allow any dat files inside the DSID directory?

Things to add in whitelist

• common/SUSYControl/*.py
• common/SUSYControl/*.dat
