Description of bug

Updated the jO for DSIDs 601229, 601230, 601237 for the Run 3 production in Rel 22. These are ttbar Powheg+Pythia 8 job options.

These jO will be needed for ATLMCPROD-9905 .

Changes introduced

I removed the PDF settings and old PowhegControl settings.
