Duplicate control file committed in !1136 (merged) makes CI fail in ATLMCPROD-9937

Changes introduced

double-checked control files are identical, replaced ./507xxx/507035/MadGraphControl_Py8EG_2HDMa_monoH_common.py by link to ./501xxx/501410/MadGraphControl_Py8EG_2HDMa_monoH_common.py
