Change number of events in 601599

Description of bug

This MR refers to ATLMCPROD-10250. We had to replace the VBF jobOption as CountHepMC Events passing all checks and written = 112000, which was not acceptable.

Changes introduced

the number of events per job was changed from 112000 to 120000
