Draft: Symlinks to renamed gridpacks [skip modfiles]

Description of bug

Request ATLMCPROD-10698

Jobs for 3 DSIDs (SM Weinberg jobs) failed. The gridpacks were updated without changing the names, so the files on CVMFS were not updated correctly (still old files).
