Demote ERROR for using too many input files to warning for rel earlier than 23.6.10

Changes introduced

Test introduced in !2665 (merged) would fail for releases < 23.6.10 for jobs that had a small filter efficiency, since the filter efficiency printout is only available for rel > 23.6.10.

Here I demote that error to a warning if the release i < 23.6.10
