Renaming PP8 ttbb allhad recoil syst joboption

Description of bug

Previous name of job option contained "allhd" instead of "allhad". Samples with "allhad" are easier to find with e.g. rucio. JIRA ticket in which these samples were requested is: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-11088

Renaming of file, replacing "allhd" with "allhad"

Tests

PHYSHORT field "PhPy8EG_A14_NNPDF31_ttbb_4FS_pTdef1_allhad_dpl_rcl" has not more than 50 characters (instead exactly 50 characters).
