Adding symlinks to 13 and 13p6 TeV gridpacks in the same set of DSIDs [skip modfiles]

Description of bug

DSIDs (603406-603408) are no longer needed, where 13 TeV gridpacks sit.

Changes introduced

The same set of JOs for 13 and 13.6 TeV gridpacks are now in DSIDs (603403-603405).
