Updating 700978, reducing nEventsPerJob to 2000 - ATLMCPROD-11169

This is a patch of the joboption for 700978 (Sherpa 2.2.14 diphoton, myy<50GeV) which simply reduces nEventsPerJob to 2000 (instead of 10000). This is required because the jobs take too much time to complete, as discussed in ATLMCPROD-11169.

All other setting in the joboption are unchanged.
