Added libpng and libjpeg to the standalone analysis release images,

Added libpng and libjpeg to the standalone analysis release images, to be able to produce PNG and JPEG output files using ROOT.

This is to fix the issues reported by @turra.

Pinging @lheinric and @mavogel on it as well.

P.S. I already made some tests, I'm now building the 21.2.21 images with this addition...
