GCC Update, master branch (2022.03.17.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/docker:GccFix-master-20220316 into master

Added an extra symbolic link to the GCC installation. This is meant to ensure that asetup would use the local GCC installation even if it is slightly different from the one that a nightly/release was built with.

This was triggered by the issue described in SPI-2122.
