some libraries in athanalysis seem to expect libuuid at /usr/lib64 instead of /lib64

reported by @meehan

make[2]: No rule to make target /usr/lib64/libuuid.so', needed byx86_64-slc6-gcc62-opt/lib/libXAMPPbaseLib.so'. Stop.
