[felixcore] register name change: FROMHOST_DATA_FORMAT

There are 4 FromHost formats defined, the first two match the RM4 and RM5 '5-bit length' currently supported, the other two are new formats which have a 4-byte header and 28- or 60-byte payload respectively and require some additional modifications to felixcore/felixbase if they are to be supported
