Added a common wrapper around the GBT/lpGBT/Full mode wrappers called link_wrapper

@dmatakia I have added a file called link_wrapper which takes the instantiations from felix_top and instantiates the different wrappers, this makes felix_top a bit cleaner. Please let me know what you think.
