This ticket implements the conversion from double BCR => OCR for NSW. @paramon: I think it is good to have this branch tested by the NSW group and see if the behaviour of BCR/OCR is indeed as intended. Do we already have a bitfile? If so, could you link it here? @morgens and @nilic: Could you create a testing ticket?
