Describe the bug behavior
atlas-dnf5 --disable-repo=tdaq-updates install -y tdaq-11-02-00_x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt
atlas-dnf5 upgrade -y *Jers*
fails with
installing package tdaq-11-02-00_Jers_noarch-11.2.0_5-1.noarch needs 4KB more space on the / filesystem
but atlas-dnf5 upgrade -y
works.
The above does not happen when the installation directory is part of the user's home directory, but only if the install dir is somewhere else.
The command succeeds if the --writable-tmpfs option for apptainer is true. E.g
env APPTAINER_WRITABLE_TMPFS=true atlas-dnf5 upgrade -y *Jers*
What do you expect instead ?
The upgrade of the single package should succeed. There is enough space on the /tmp, /var/tmp and installation directories.
