1. use pool server as pool node; 2. downgrade error to log, if server cannot remove subscription, that does not exist => this is not problem of THIS server; 3. on shutdown downgrade error to warning, if unsubscribe call fails with TRANSIENT CORBA exception => parent server was shutdown already; anyway this is not problem of this server, but should be alreted since indicates wrong shutdown sequence
