  • DcmEmulator: Move shared memory management from event level to session level (Rafal Bielski)
  • Update CI to tdaq-09-05-00 (Frank Winklmeier)
  • Use FindPython rather than PythonLibs (Reiner Hauser)

This improves the performance of the DcmEmulator (and hence athenaHLT) for large number of threads. This is only used offline. To avoid finding problems only next year in tdaq-10-00-00, we would like to patch this in the current release as well.
