Change fixing the DEBUG/VERBOSE message problem in ATLAS jobs.
I believe that I finally found the reason why we get so many DEBUG/VERBOSE messages in ATLAS jobs. This seems to fix the issue.
It will have to be pushed into gaudi/Gaudi as well. But we first need to fix it for ourselves.
