Atlas/v27r1 - Updates for building Gaudi against a freely named ATLAS project

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/AtlasGaudi:atlas/v27r1 into atlas/v27r1

As described in a private e-mail, this update is necessary to be able to build Gaudi against a project called something other than AtlasExternals. For instance to build it against a project called AthAnalysisBaseExternals. What we'll want to do in the analysis release builds.
