Fixing compilation error against latest ROOT version for quickFit and xmlAnaWSBuilder

Fixing compilation error against latest ROOT version for quickFit and xmlAnaWSBuilder. The problem is caused by an obsolete class RooFormula, which is now removed.

workspaceCombiner has a more sophisticated connection with the obsolete class. It requires more work to fix and will be addressed by a separate merge request.
