feat: update cabinetry to v0.6.0

Updating cabinetry to the latest release v0.6.0. Details about this update can be found at https://github.com/scikit-hep/cabinetry/releases/tag/v0.6.0.

Question: I only now noticed that when I originally added cabinetry in !147 (merged) I only did so in the 0.2 branch but did not port this to main. Is there any automatic sweeping that happens or should we be doing this manually? Should I open a new PR to main to port the addition?
