DataQualityConfigurations: Fix Tile DQ WD config for noise and data corruption test

Tile DQ WD configuration for collisions has been fixed for noise tests
since the corresponding histograms have different names now.

Tile DQ WD configurations for collisions, heavy ions, and cosmics for data corruption tests
have been updated to remove reference histograms since they are not used in these tests
and to avoid the warning messages about them.

The threashold for data corruption test has been decreased for EBA40.
