Subject: [PATCH] Update online reconstruction post config
Update post config to fix crashes when running InDet reconstruction
online.
- Remove condition settings for ATLASDQ-772
- Update ErrorStrategy for ATLASRECTS-5544, ATLASRECTS-5496
