Pythia8_i updated to tag Pythia8_i-00-13-00:

* Include destructor in CompoundUserHook
* Remove allowedTunes check from Pythia8_i (is carried out by recent Pythia versions)
* Remove more cruft such as legacy HepMC units converson
* Add function addLHEToHepMC, which adds a HepMC-ified copy of the LHE record to the HepMC event
