Depend on TileG4Interfaces and TileGeoModel rather than TileGeoG4SD 

Adapt the `TileFCSmStepToTileHitVec` to access `TileGeoG4SDCalc` via
the `ITileCalculator` interface defined in `TileG4Interfaces`.
