The esdtoesd job recreates many objects which are present in the input file.
Hide these input objects to avoid problems with overwrites.

Needed to get the esdtoesd ATN test working.

When configuring DetailedTruthMaker and TrkAmbiguitySolver, hide objects
from the input file that would be overwritten by the output of these.
This allows the configuration to work in an esdtoesd job.
