CMakeLists.txt files have been updated for all instances which depend
on the GeoModel core libraries but which do not explicitely include
${GEOMODEL_INCLUDE_DIRS}.  Without this we are in danger of mixing
header files from two sources, and this is actually now happening in
the GeoModel early fault detection pipeline.

Missing override keyword

Deleted one obsolete Factory class. Did some refactoring/cleanup in
other classes

ComponentAccumulator-based configuration of Tile Test Beam Simulation

The reason for introducing this package is to have a way of building
dead material description either from the LAr GeoModel Tool (old way)
or from the Service Extension Tool (new way)

CrackRegionGeoModel currently contains code which used to live inside
BarrelDMConstruction class. As a result of this migration the latter
class became obsolete, and it was dropped.

Minor fix in DetDescrDBEnvelopeSvc to support building GeoModel description
from SQLite database

Clean-up of AtlasTrackingGeometrySvcConfig

Update AtlasTrackingGeometrySvcConfig module to use more standard
CA-based configuration syntax.

Adapt to interface changes of `StoredMaterialManager`.

Pass strings by const reference, not by value.
Use boost::starts_with.

Enable thread-safety checking.

Be explicit if not reference file comparison is used by unit test.

DataQualityInterfaces, LArGeoEndcap, DumpEventDataToJSON, BeamPipeGeoModel cppcheck / clang-tidy fixes

(don't create configuration classes at module level)
