The method no longer exists in TBranch() as it was replaced by GetClassName()

This was silently crashing beamspotman.py. The change here stops the silent
crash, and removing the sys.argv manipulation doesn't seem to have caused
issues.

Set keepDspRaw flag to False when we are in transparant raw data mode (no DSP energy available), since
the default of this flag is now True.
This allows to run transparently on 32-samples data without having to change this flag by hand in a pre-exec.
