Allow the maximum d0 to be det analysis-by-analysis

For the muIso tracking, the d0 range (4mm) used in the trigger is smaller than for the muon tracking (10mm)
and so the muIso tracking appears to be ~ 60 % lower in efficiency if we use tha reference sample
with |d0| < 10 mm. These changes allow the reference sample for the muIso tracking to use a custom d0 limit
of 4 mm commensurate with the selection used in the trigger reconstruction.

Make sure that the auxiliary variables corresponding to the moments
we produce get defined during initialize().

Otherwise, if the first event has no clusters, we may get warnings
from AuxSelection that the variables are not known.

DerivationFrameworkJetEtMiss: Explicitly lock overlap removal decorations.

The overlap removal algorithm leaves its decorations unlocked,
so schedule an explicit LockDecorations algorithm.  It's problematic
to do this within the overlap removal algorithm itself  because we
actually schedule two such algorithms, the second overwriting most of the
decorations produced by the first.

This is is not MT-friendly, but this should get things working
in the face of ATLASRECTS-8008.

This MR is removing a few chains that were introduced in !75186, as they are causing a rather large number of ART test failures (ATR-30365).
This is a temporary measure, the chains will be reenabled once the underlying issue is fixed.
