For now, the configuration of each tauRecTool are set in tauRecFlags.py
and TauAlgorithmsHolder.py. The configuration files are not used for a
long time, thus removed.

Use ATH_CHECK when possible, and remove some commented codes which do not help understand the logic.

Another interim commit. Some problems spotted, notably that the RungeKutta needs to have a CA configuration - so here just using bare configurable.

In HelperFunction, replace the macro, i.e. TRT_CHECK_BOOL, with ATH_CHECK; remove unused functions
In addition, clean unused/commented codes.

CombinedRec_config.py: Don't schedule TrackParticleCellAssociationAlg if ingredients are not part of the job

The property of container name are replaced by ReadHandleKey, thus not
used any more. They are now removed.

We use three diferent property ( "CellCorrection", "AxisCorrection",
and "VertexCorrection") to decide whether to perform the same operation,
e.g. tau vertex correction of the cell. Now, only "VertexCorrection" is
used.

Bug fix to not clear TrackClusterLinks for all eflowCaloObjects in PFRecoverSplitShowersTool. This is needed such that we can still access them when we create charged PFO and set the links to the original clusters.

Fixed the way in which the track summary to the selected track in MuonInsideOutRecoTool::findBestCandidate was determined.

Bug fix for ATLASRECTS-5274. Update new styie config to reflect c++ changes in CaloExtensionBuilderAlg

There are multiple ways to check for whether we are in AnalysisBase,
so this was slated for being phased out.  Given that not everybody was
actually including this header that used the macros I just phased them
out now.
