TriggerTest: update HI test

Hello,

As discussed in ATR-28920, this test no longer runs in the CI. Consequently, the trigger count reference is no longer updated by developers when trigger count changes, and the ART test complains.
For now, I have dropped the requirement that trigger counts should match those of the reference.
When we'll start preparing for HI data taking again, we should enforce it again, and also put back this test in the CI.
