TrkDetDescrGeoModelCnv: Another file to optimize in the debug build.

Compile GMTreeBrower with optimization, even in the debug build.
Otherwise, the Eigen operations are very slow.
This speeds to the TrkVertexSeedFinderTools unit tests by over a factor of two.
